How Do I Place An Order?

Placing an order couldn't get any easier. Simply click on the merchandise you want and add it to your cart. Click on your cart to proceed with the payment. You will receive an email confirmation of your transaction. Save your copy of the confirmation email in case you have any questions or concerns about your transaction.

Payment and Shipping

After selecting the merchandise, click on the cart icon to make your transaction. You have the option to pay with all major credit listed on the website. Austere Attire © understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. Most orders are shipped within 4-6 business days; feel free to contact info@austereattire.co for any questions or concerns. 

International Orders

We accept international orders. If your order is outside of the US, please note that it will take a little longer than our domestic orders. 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Online shopping is secure as we authorize Stripe to handle all our online payments through their secure and encrypted online transactions. We currently accept major credit cards. 

If you pay by credit/debit card the payment is collected immediately after a successful transaction takes place. This may take a few days to show up on your bank/card statement depending on your bank/card provider. PayPal payments are processed immediately.

Returns & Refunds

Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your item for an item of equal value without additional shipping charges. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them within 15 days of shipping date). A full refund will be issued once the item is returned to us and we have inspected it. Full refund excludes delivery costs.We believe in having confidence in your online shopping experience.
